Q: Where are you located?
A: We're an online store so we don't have a physical location. We're based in Montego Bay and we have partnered with a local business to facilitate a pick-up location in Downtown Montego Bay.

Q: Why can't I pay cash on delivery (COD) ?
A: For your safety and the security of our business, we don't accept COD. In addition to the risk cash transactions pose to your safety, since our pieces are custom or available in limited quantities, it is difficult to resell uncollected or cancelled items.
When you're ready to order, we offer convenient payment options including bank transfer, credit/debit cards, Lynk, and PayPal. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Q. What are the findings made from?
A. Our earring hooks and jumprings are made from premium quality gold-plated iron wire and our earrings posts for studs are made from stainless steel. Both are sturdy, hypoallergenic and comfortable to sensitive ears.
Q. Do you have any earrings for non-pierced ears?
A: Yes! All earrings that dangle from a hook can be converted to clip ons. Just make your request known in your order description.

Q: How do I order custom waistbeads?
A. Add your waist measurement as well as describe what you'd like your set to look like in your order description. You can use our IG posts and highlights for inspo then let us know what you'd like. If you'd like to add gemstones to your waistbeads, be sure to select Gemstone Waistbeads for checkout.
Q: How do I take my waist measurements?
A: We have a video guide in our IG highlights! Stand up straight and don't tuck in your belly so you can breathe and move around comfortably while wearing your waistbeads.
Use measuring tape to measure where you want your waistbeads to fall.This is typically 2 inches above or below your navel. Read the number where the metal tip at the end touches the measuring tape.
Don't have a measuring tape? Use a piece of string to wrap around your waist then mark or cut it to match the length. Use a ruler to measure the string to get your waist measurement.
Q: How do I know what colour beads are available for waistbeads?
A. You can view all available beads in our IG highlights.
Q: How do I put on/take off my waistbeads?
A. Bag&Pan waistbeads are semi-permanent as they are made with clasps. To put them on, unscrew the clasp, put them around your waist then tighten the clasp. You can keep them on to hold your intentions and to track your weight loss/gain or you can put them on only for special occasions or to accessorise your outfits/swimsuits.

Q: Why isn't my birthstone listed?
A: The birthstones we have in stock are gemstones like garnet, citrine and amethyst. Because of the cost associated with them, we do not stock up on precious stones like diamonds, emeralds and rubies.
